Oh wow I'm pretty embarrassed about sort of abandoning this thing. It's really because I'm lazy. And i hate that. So I'm at work right now and should be working but it's rainy and cold outside and most of the office is at an in-house conference, so I've decided to do this instead. I've got the White Stripes singing in my ears, slippers on my feet, and i'm still full from lunch but I really wish i was at home doing this. Now, what's new?
Update on a business venture that has slowly been in the works for some time now with my friend, Emily. We're starting up a little freelance design biz called Peachy (cute, huh?!). We'd like to focus on designing custom invites for weddings, etc. but for now have been taking any design project that comes our way. Mostly logo stuff. A couple pro-bono jobs for friends. ooh and even a cool layout for Dege Legg's new solo album! A Peachy logo is in progress and big plans are written in sketchbooks, so it's just a matter of turning this thing into reality! We're getting there :)
I'll post some of the things we've created recently. Don't have the files in my dropbox so I'll have to wait til i get home. Wonder if anyone would notice me sneaking out of the office early...

Hmm... You sure do apologize to your blog a lot. Haha! I should probably start doing the same; however, me being the opposite of lazy is likely a more feasible excuse. Nonetheless, eager to hear more about this business venture. Maybe I'll let you do my wedding invitations... that is, if your still in business by then. Haha.
